MuleSoft Certifications are transitioning into the Salesforce Certification program. Effective from May 6, 2024, all MuleSoft Certifications will be facilitated and delivered through the Webassessor platform. This move is aimed to enhance your certification experience by offering a unified, streamlined platform where you can access both MuleSoft and Salesforce Certifications. If you currently hold an active certification or have registered for an upcoming exam, stay tuned for additional information which will be sent to you via email.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Account migration: If you are already a Webassessor account holder, there is no need for any action on your end. Your credentials will automatically be transferred and appear on your Trailblazer profile once the migration process is complete. You will receive an email confirmation once these steps are finalized. However, if you do not yet have a Webassessor account, don’t worry! We will take care of creating one for you in April. An email containing more details will be sent to you.
• Exam Registration: Take note that April 19, 2024, will be the last day to log into MuleSoft Training for the purpose of purchasing your MuleSoft exam. As of May 9, 2024, all future exams can be scheduled through the Webassessor platform.

Big Changes Coming to MuleSoft Certifications!

1. Integration with Salesforce Certification Program: An Exciting New Transition

We are excited to announce that starting from May 6, 2024, there will be a significant change in the administration of the MuleSoft Certifications. In an effort to improve convenience and efficiency for all users, MuleSoft Certifications will transition into the Salesforce Certification program.

This strategic move is a result of our continuous commitment to provide a streamlined and simplified certification process. The integration with Salesforce Certification program is designed to unify the management and access systems for all your credentials. This means that you will be able to access and manage all your MuleSoft and Salesforce credentials in one place, removing the need to navigate through multiple platforms.

By offering a centralized location for all certification credentials, we aim to provide a smoother and more user-friendly experience. We believe this transition will not only make it easier for you to access your credentials but also help in efficiently managing them. We look forward to this integration and are confident that this change will enhance the overall user experience.

2. Implications for Current Certification Holders:

If you are already a registered user with a Webassessor account and have accepted the terms and conditions prior, there’s no need for any immediate action on your part! Post-migration, your existing credential will be automatically integrated into your Trailblazer profile. This ensures continuity and preserves the value of your hard-earned certification. After the integration process is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email to verify that your credentials have been successfully migrated.

For those individuals who currently do not possess a Webassessor account, rest assured, a new one will be created automatically on your behalf. This process is set to be completed by April. Once your account has been established, a warm welcome email will be sent to you. This email will provide you with your login details, instructions on how to access your account, and the next steps to follow. This guidance is intended to help you navigate through the new system and make the most of the resources available to you.

3. Key Dates to Remember:

🔸April 19, 2024: This is the last day that exams can be purchased through MuleSoft Training. If you’re planning on taking an exam, make sure to complete your purchase by this date.

🔸April 26, 2024: This is the deadline for rescheduling any existing exam registrations. If you need to change the date or time of your exam, you must do so by this date.

🔸May 6, 2024: From this date onwards, you will be able to start scheduling all future exams via the Webassessor platform.

4. As of January 1, 2024, those who currently hold MuleSoft certifications and have pending maintenance will not be required to follow through with these maintenance requirements. From this date onwards, the maintenance requirements for MuleSoft certification will be addressed and completed through the Trailhead platform. This is a significant shift in how we manage the maintenance of these certifications, aiming at facilitating a simpler and more efficient process for all certification holders. Specific details about this new maintenance process through Trailhead will be provided in the upcoming year, 2025. We look forward to sharing more information about this innovative approach to certification maintenance.

5. Don’t delay – Take action today! If you have any existing exam vouchers, it’s important to utilize them before the upcoming deadline on April 19, 2024.
